The avalanche nature trail features 14 information boards showcasing current themes associated with risks and prevention while pursuing winter sports in the open-air snow sports area. The boards are conveniently placed and designed to make the theoretical side of safety easily accessible.

This attractive new via ferrata is located at the southern end of Pontresina, directly behind Hotel Palü, where the road leads on up towards the Languard slope. The via ferrata ends directly by the edge of the forest near Röntgenweg. It takes another 15 minutes or so from here to reach the Languard slope, where it is essential to take a break and enjoy the view from the terrace. The descent by chairlift or on foot is easy (approx. 45 mins).
